At RecOps Con 2025, we’re celebrating the boldest minds in recruiting operations, and making sure they have a seat at the table. We’re awarding a limited number of scholarships to individuals who are innovating, leading, or growing in RecOps, especially those who may not otherwise have access to attend.
Each scholarhship winner will receive a free conference pass to RecOps Con 2025 this October (a $1,299 value).
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Are making an impact in recruiting operations
- Could benefit from professional development and connection
- May have been recently laid off or face financial barriers
- Show potential to grow and lead in the RecOps space
