She’s spent her career stepping into moments of chaos and turning them into structure: most recently as Head of Talent at Tarro, where she built the company’s recruiting infrastructure from scratch, and previously at DoorDash, where she scaled a 50-person TA org, hired 5,000+ people, and launched new global markets during hyper-growth. She’s based in Philly, where you’ll usually find her reading, writing for her Substack, or chasing her two kids (ages 4 and 2) around with her husband.
