She also built her career in recruiting and talent operations at companies like Google, Hired, and several high-growth startups, giving her firsthand experience with the same challenges talent professionals navigate every day.
Today, as host of the Offer Accepted podcast, lead of the Ashby Customer Experts (ACE) user groups, and manager of the Ashby RecOps community, she brings together recruiting operators, leaders, and innovators shaping the future of hiring.
