At RecOps Con 2025, we’re celebrating the boldest minds in recruiting operations, and making sure they have a seat at the table. We’re awarding a limited number of scholarships to individuals who are innovating, leading, or growing in RecOps, especially those who may not otherwise have access to attend.
Each scholarhship winner will receive a free conference pass to RecOps Con 2025 this October (a $1,299 value).

We’re looking for individuals who are making an impact in recruiting operations and show strong potential to grow and lead in the RecOps space. This opportunity is especially valuable for those who could benefit from professional development and community connection, including individuals who have recently been laid off or may be facing financial barriers.
